Nothing here arrives in a box. CTRL ZONE sells time on a station in one hall in Białystok, so "delivery" only means how your booking and any prepaid pass reach you — all of it digital, all of it instant.
66.5° No physical shipping
We do not sell or post hardware, and there is no courier or tracking number in sight. What you buy is access to a seat, redeemed on the floor at ul. Lipowa 14.
66.5° Your booking confirmation
Send the booking form and we email a confirmation to the address you gave — your spot, date and block. It usually lands within a few minutes. If it does not, check the spam folder and call the counter; the seat is held either way once the form is through.
66.5° Prepaid passes
A prepaid bundle of hours is issued as a code tied to your name and email, sent the same way — by email, right after purchase. Quote the code or your name at the counter and we load it onto your session. Nothing needs to arrive in the post first.
66.5° If something goes missing
No confirmation, wrong date, a code that will not load — tell the counter at +48 728 305 119 and we fix it on the spot. Because it is all digital, there is nothing to reship; we simply resend or correct the record.
