Refund policy
What you buy at CTRL ZONE is time on a station — an hour, a block, or a prepaid bundle. This note says plainly when that time comes back to you, so nothing is left to guesswork at the counter.
66.5° Cancelling a booking
Cancel a reserved seat at least three hours before it starts and we refund it in full, or move it to any open slot you like. Inside three hours the station is already held out of the floor for you, so we keep the fee — though we will still shift it later the same night if a seat is free.
66.5° Prepaid hours
Unused prepaid hours are refundable in full within fourteen days as long as none have been played. Once you have started drawing a bundle down, we return the balance of whole unused hours; part-hours already begun count as spent.
66.5° If the fault is ours
If a station fault ends your session early and no other seat is free to move you to, that time is refunded or credited without argument. Tell a staff member while it is happening — we would rather hand you a fresh seat than sort a refund afterwards.
66.5° How to ask
Call the counter at +48 728 305 119 or reply to your booking email. Refunds return by the method you paid with, usually within a few working days, with no handling fee.
